We had our salt water on-ground pool installed November 2014 by Rob, the owner of Smart Pools. We are so pleased with the whole experience. We have never owned a pool before, and Rob was extremely helpful and patient with us, guiding us through the process of pool installation. He laid out what the steps were so we could understand what was involved and helped us weigh the pros and cons of different choices in terms of size, depth and other options. He was wonderfully honest and never talked us into any extras. As to the installation of the pool, he was very careful not to damage our property. Installation took place over several days with him showing up every day till the project was completed. We absolutely love the finished product. It came out even better then we anticipated, and looks like an in-ground pool at a fraction of the cost. We would highly recommend Smart Pools to anyone interested in an on-ground pool. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

We researched getting a pool for a long time (2 Years) and everywhere we went while very pleasant, we always felt we were not getting the answers or options we wanted. Rob put that feeling to rest from the first time we chatted both over the phone and in person. Rob personally makes sure he answers all your questions, so you are comfortable with each step as they proceed. I told Rob we had guests coming and he squeezed us in for June. Installation was smooth and Rob/Trevor and the team are efficient and tidy every step of the way. It was finished on time and the kids really enjoyed the pool this summer. Rob does go above and beyond where possible to help you finish your project/backyard and not just install the pool. That includes advice, referring other tradesman and pointing out what you may not see. We look forward to finishing the landscaping around the pool this summer. Overall great quality, excellent customer service and we are using them to open and close our pool as they deliver the same level of professionalism on that side of their business.
